A New Find of Danburite in the Luc Yen Mining Area, Vietnam

Dr. Huong (letth@vnu.edu.vn) is lecturer in mineralogy and gemology at the Faculty of Geology, Hanoi University of Science. Ms. Otter is a scientist working at the Department of Climate Geochemistry at the Max Planck Institute for Chemistry in Mainz, Germany. Dr. Häger is senior scientist at the Centre for Gemstone Research at Johannes Gutenberg University in Mainz; lecturer in the Gemstone and Jewellery Design Department at the University for Applied Sciences in Idar-Oberstein, Germany; and managing director of the Centre for Gemstone Research in Idar-Oberstein. Mr. Ullmann is a master’s student at Johannes Gutenberg University. Dr. Hofmeister is professor and vice president for research at Johannes Gutenberg University and head of the Centre for Gemstone Research in Idar-Oberstein. Dr. Jochum is group leader, and Ms. Weis is a technician, at the Department of Climate Geochemistry, Max Planck Institute for Chemistry.
